"THE MOST FINANCIALLY IRRESPONSIBLE LAW IN 40 YEARS"

Not a surprise to the realist in the world. The only ones who will disagree or act surprised are the irresponsible politicians who enacted this, and yes that includes the Republicans and President Bush. Oh for a strong conservative leader!
