WMD is WMD after all.
I have been surprised at the lack of concern over the use of WMD in the assassination of Alexander Litvinenko. Peter Zimmerman writing in the New York Times is also concerned that what has traced from London to Germany and points to Russian complicity should be a wake up call to the dangers we face.
