Illegal Immigrant Trespass Charge Dropped
Fine but have they been detained for a deportation hearing? I understand that DHS does not presently have the funding to hunt for those illegally in the country, however, in a situation where illegal persons are in custody it seems reasonable, indeed prudent, to hold them for a deportation hearing.
